Content Policy

1. Age Requirement

Ami is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users must not misrepresent their age. Content within the App is designed for adult audiences.

2. Prohibited Content

Users must not use Ami to generate, solicit, or distribute content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
• Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups.
• Contains illegal content under United States law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Constitutes harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of real individuals.
• Impersonates real persons (living or deceased) for deceptive or harmful purposes.
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Distributes malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious content.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. AI-Generated Content

Ami uses AI to generate conversational responses, voice audio, and visual content. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Users understand that AI responses are fictional and should not be relied upon as factual information, professional advice, or a substitute for real human relationships or professional services.

4. Third-Party 3D Models (VRoid Hub)

Ami integrates with VRoid Hub to allow users to browse and load 3D character models. When using VRoid Hub models within Ami:

• You must respect the usage conditions set by each model's creator (e.g., restrictions on violent content, sexual content, commercial use, modification, and redistribution).
• Ami enforces model usage permissions and will restrict features that violate a model creator's specified conditions.
• You must not use models in ways that violate VRoid Hub's Terms of Service.
• Attribution must be provided where required by the model creator.
• VRoid Hub model data is not stored on Ami's servers. Models are loaded into browser memory for rendering and released when no longer in use.

5. User-Created Characters

Users may customize AI companion personality, voice, and behavior. Customized characters must not be designed to impersonate real persons for deceptive purposes. Characters shared through the Community Hub must comply with all sections of this policy.

6. Community Content

Content shared through Ami's community features (e.g., character sharing, embeds) must:

• Not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 2.
• Respect intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Be clearly labeled if it contains mature themes.
• Not be used for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation without authorization.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it through the in-app feedback system or by contacting us at vibe@withami.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

• Content removal.
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
