Welcome to Ami: AI Companion ("Ami", "the App", "the Service"), operated by Rizzma, Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. By using Ami, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
Accounts are created via magic link or social sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Description of Service
Ami is an AI companion app featuring 3D characters, text-to-speech, memory, games, and visual novels. All AI characters are fictional and do not represent real persons.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. In-app credits and gems are virtual items with no cash value and are non-refundable.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application, exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service, or share your account credentials with others.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including VRoid Hub, xAI/Grok, ElevenLabs, Chatterbox, Resemble AI, and Supabase. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by Rizzma, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. VRoid 3D models belong to their respective creators under VRoid Hub's terms. Content you create using the Service belongs to you.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. Please review these documents to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The Service is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or any other professional service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzma, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
